I can't send an email to the event organizer

Oops! It looks like you are having trouble contacting the event organizer.

Some quick fixes: make sure you are using the latest version of your Internet browser and when in doubt, try using a different Internet browser to send your request.

If you are still having issues contacting the event organizer through the contact form, please send Ticketleap an email to help@ticketleap.com with the following information:

  • Your name and the event organization you are attempting to contact
  • The device you are using (mac/pc/smartphone, model/year)
  • The Internet network you are using (wifi/LTE/3G etc.)
  • The Internet browser you are using and the version (Chrome, Internet Explorer, Safari etc.).
