There are three ways to send a ticket to the person who will use it:
The order confirmation page appears directly after your have purchased your tickets. If you already left the order confirmation page you can search for the order confirmation email by searching "Your Ticket" or "Ticketleap Orders" in your inbox. Then click the "Send tickets to someone else or view your receipt. Go Here" button within the email. That will take you back to your order confirmation page.
Once you are on the order confirmation page, click the Add attendee info button and fill out the name and email address of the person you are sending the ticket to. The recipient will receive an email with the ticket you just sent them!
Don’t see the Add attendee info button? For security reasons, you’ll need to be signed in with a Ticketleap account. You can create a buyer account here.
After you sign into Ticketleap hover over My Account in the top right corner, and click My Tickets.
Choose the ticket you would like to send to someone else.
Then click Send To... for the ticket you would like to send. Add their name and email address and click Send. The recipient will receive an email with the ticket you just sent them!
When you sign into the app click on My Tickets on the left side of the screen.
From there you will see a list of your tickets. Tap a ticket to select it and then use the send this ticket to someone else button.
Then fill out the name and email address of the person you are sending the ticket to and then click Send. The recipient will receive an email with the ticket you just sent them!
Do I need to send these tickets or can I hold onto them for my friends? We strongly encourage you to send them. Depending on how the event creator is checking tickets at the door, it will likely be easier if that ticket has been officially sent to the person who plans to use it.
