How do I accept payments in currencies other than USD?

On Ticketleap you can charge your ticket buyers in one of the following currencies: US Dollars, Canadian Dollars, British Pounds, Euros, New Zealand Dollars, Australian Dollars, or Mexican Pesos. 

If you wish to charge your ticket buyers in US Dollars or Canadian Dollars you can use Ticketleap Payments, PayPal or Authorize.net as your payment processor.

If you wish to charge your ticket buys in British Pounds, Euros, New Zealand Dollars, Australian Dollars or Mexican Pesos you must use PayPal as your payment processor.

To change the currency you charge your ticket buyers in, first hover over the Settings tab and select Payment Processing. 



Under the field that reads In what currency do you want to charge your buyers? you can switch from the US Dollar to the Canadian dollar.

If you need to select a currency that isn't US Dollars or Canadian Dollars you must use PayPal as your payment provider. Ticketleap Payments do not process payments other than USD or CAD. 

Our dear event-organizing Canadian cousins can use Ticketleap Payments, but can only be paid by check.
