If your PayPal account is eCheck activated, your ticket buyers can purchase tickets directly from their bank accounts, just like a standard check. Ticketleap automatically releases any barcode ticket purchases to the buyer, and lists those purchases in your sold tickets inventory.
However, like a tangible check, there's always the chance that an eCheck will bounce. You and the buyer will both receive an email if the eCheck fails. If the eCheck bounces that means the ticket buyer received a ticket but didn't have the funds to pay for it. It is up to you if you would like to cancel that ticket order.
