Only the event organizer can issue a refund of a ticket order for a ticket buyer. If you are a ticket buyer looking for a refund or exchange, please contact the event organizer to request a refund.
If you are the event organizer with refund privileges, please follow these instructions to refund individual tickets or an entire ticket order.
To refund a ticket first go to Reports and then Orders. Search by the ticket buyer’s name or email address to find the order. Once you find it, click the order number to view the details.
To refund all of the tickets in the order click Refund Order. If there are multiple tickets in the order and you only need to refund one of the tickets, click Details for the specific ticket. Double check that this is the ticket you need to refund and then click Refund Ticket. The ticket buyer will receive an email informing them their ticket has been refunded.

We can help you effectively explain the changes to your patrons and process the necessary refunds. In the meantime, stop the sales on your event and let your customers know that the event has been canceled. We recommend sending an email blast to your attendees and posting a cancellation notice on your event page.
- If you need to issue a refund but your event has already passed, don't worry, there is still time to issue it! Refunds that are processed after an event need to be either completed by Ticketleap, or you can manually process a refund by sending a check or money order directly to the patron. If you would like us to issue a refund after the event (before your own payment has been issued by Ticketleap), we are more than happy to do so.
