The Ticketleap mobile app was built for event organizers and event goers.
For event organizers, install the Ticketleap app to:
- Check-in event goers at the event either by scanning their QR code (barcode tickets), or by name lookup.
- Sell tickets at the event (note: the selling function is only available on iOS devices running iOS 11 and newer, not Android)
For event goers, install the Ticketleap app to:
- View all of your upcoming Ticketleap tickets
- Present your ticket to get into the event (either a Selfie Ticket or a barcode ticket, depending on the event settings)
Which iOS devices are supported by the Ticketleap app?
The Ticketleap App supports iOS 11 and higher on all iOS devices (this includes the iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad and iPad Mini). Devices must have Internet connectivity via wifi, mobile hotspot or 3G/4G LTE.
How do I download the Ticketleap App?
Turn on the device and make sure you are connected to either WiFi or a cellular network. Once you're connected, open the blue App Store icon and type Ticketleap into the search bar. Then click Get, then Install. It may take a few minutes for the Ticketleap app to download to your device. Once it fully downloads, Click the Ticketleap app icon and login.
To receive Ticketleap app updates, along with other app updates on your mobile device, click the Updates icon at the bottom of the App Store screen. You may need to enter your Apple ID and password, so make sure you have that handy! The latest version of the Ticketleap app for iOS is version 4.1.1. If you are using an older version of the app, we highly recommend that you upgrade to the latest and greatest. There are tons of new features and the user experience is top notch!
