With Ticketleap FastPay you receive funds from ticket sales before your event.
If approved, you will receive payment at the beginning of each week for the previous week’s ticket sales. To get started, please create a Ticketleap account (it's free to create an account), then apply for FastPay. Applying includes providing Ticketleap with information about your event and organization. A Ticketleap team member will get back to you within three business days informing you if you have been approved for FastPay. Also be sure you have set up your payment processor as Ticketleap Payments.
How often do payments go out? Ticketleap sends payments out weekly, at the end of the day on Monday, for ticket sales from the previous week through Saturday.
What’s the limit? Ticketleap Fast Pay limit is $25,000 USD before the event occurs.

Where is this offered? Fast Pay is used with Ticketleap Payments, which is available in The United States and Canada.
Where does the money go? Ticketleap sends out money to the same account you have set up on your organization under the payment processing tab.
Does Ticketleap send the total in ticket sales minus fees, or does some of my money get held back? We give you the percentage of ticket sales for which you've been approved, minus the ticketing fees.
Are there any additional fees? There is no additional fee to set up Fast Pay.
What happens when tickets that I've already been paid for are refunded? Any money we need to recoup from a refunded ticket will be deducted from the END OF EVENT payment.
Do I receive a Fast Pay the week of my event? The way our payment structure is set up, you will NOT receive a Fast Pay payment the week of your event. That revenue will be included with the End of Event payment, which is paid out 4-6 business days after the event. If you have direct deposit set up, you'll have the funds within that 4-6 business day range. If a check is being mailed, please allow for standard USPS mail delivery time.
What happens if my event gets cancelled? If you need to cancel your event, please reach out to us prior to issuing ANY refunds to ticket buyers (firstname.lastname@example.org or 877.849.5327). We need to recoup the funds that we paid out in order to process refunds. We try to make this process as smooth as possible by issuing an electronic invoice which can be paid online with a credit card or PayPal. Once we receive the funds back, we will then issue a bulk refund to your patrons.
