I purchased my tickets with PayPal, but I haven't received my tickets

When you purchase tickets with PayPal being the merchant processor, it can take anywhere from 24-48 hours for the funds to be released and for your tickets to be generated. This is due to a PayPal functionality called IPR (Instant Payment Review). If you have not received your tickets right away, it is a strong indicator that PayPal is reviewing the transaction in order to help sellers avoid any risk of potential fraudulent activity. 

This review period usually takes less than 24 hours, however, a transaction can be held for as long as 48 hours. Ticketleap is sent notification of the sale once PayPal is finished with their review. Once Ticketleap receives that notification, your tickets are processed immediately and notification is sent to you via email. 

If the event you've purchased tickets for is taking place relatively soon, please contact the event organization directly and inform them of the situation. This will help to ensure that you have no problems gaining admission.
