I purchased my tickets with PayPal, but I haven't received my tickets

If you have not received your tickets right away, it is a strong indicator that PayPal is manually reviewing the transaction in order to help sellers avoid any risk of potential fraudulent activity. 

A transaction can be held up to 48 hours but they will charge your card immediately. Unfortunately, our integration with PayPal times out before they approves the transaction. You will have a PayPal transaction but tickets have not been generated on our end due to the time out.

Please contact the event organization directly and inform them of the situation. This will help to ensure that you have no problems gaining admission. 

Looking for a refund? You'll need to contact the event organizer.
