Why am I receiving a message that my addresses do not "match?"

This error message pops up when your bank/credit card issuer tells us the address you have entered does not match the primary address on file with the bank/credit card issuer. Please contact your bank to verify the primary address they have on file for you. That will be the address you should enter when purchasing a ticket. 

It's possible these attempted transactions may result in a pending charge to your bank account/credit card. These charges should drop off after 2-3 business days. If the pending charges do no drop off in 2-3 business days it is best to contact your financial institution. 

Looking for a refund? You'll need to contact the event organizer.
