What is the Instant Payment Review (IPR) functionality within PayPal?

Instant Payment Review, or IPR, is a fraud-detection feature that PayPal utilizes to notify you of potentially high-risk payments. This process can delay the generation of a purchased ticket anywhere from 24-48 hours. Once the payment has been verified by PayPal, they will initiate the sale and Ticketleap will generate the patron's ticket. In order to help expedite the ticket generation process, you should contact PayPal and ask them to disable IPR.

Disabling IPR will be helpful for patrons who are purchasing their tickets closer to the actual event date, ensuring they receive their tickets prior to the event taking place.
