With Ticketleap an event url is generated for each event. The subdomain (that part that comes before ticketleap.com) should be your organization's name and should always stay the same. The part that comes after .ticketleap.com should be the event title, or describes the event.
You can edit your organization's subdomain and the part that describes your event whenever you like.
Note: when you change your organization's subdomain or event URL, any inbound links, buttons and widgets will break so be sure to update them!
First hover over Settings and then click General Settings.
Scroll down and you will see Subdomain URL. Here is where you can edit your organization's subdomain. It's best to keep it simple and close to your organization's name.
Note: please do not include "www." in your URL. Also, don't include "www." when sharing your event URL - this will result in an error that prevents ticket buyers from accessing your ticket page. In fact, you don't need to include "www." for any web address. When sharing your event URL it can simply be: "org.ticketleap.com/eventtitle"
First go into your event and then click the Details tab. Next, click Advanced Event Settings.
The first option you will see is to edit your event's web address. Here you input the event title or a shortened version to describe your event. Keep it short so it's easy to remember and share!
