If you have a ticket buyer who wants to pay you with cash or a check you can process their order into our system by using the Box Office.
To start using your Box Office first place your cursor over the Box Office tab and select Ticket Sales.
Choose the event you want to sell tickets to. Select the number of tickets they wish to purchase and the specific seats (if the Reserved Seating function is enabled) and click Add to Cart.
Then click the Checkout button.
On the Checkout Page select the Other Payments option and you can then enter the buyer's email and name if you would like. Under Payment Method select the Type dropdown and choose the method that they're paying.
Make sure to apply any discount codes (if applicable). You can also edit the number of tickets for the order during this step as well.
Then you can fill out any of the additional registration questions that you would like to under Info For The Event Creator and then hit Checkout to complete your order.
From the sale completion page, you can click View Barcode Ticket to download the ticket, learn more about the order with Order Details, download the receipt, or you can start working on your next order! The patron will also receive an email confirming their order along with a link to download and print their ticket, as long as you entered their email under the buyer section on the checkout page.
