If you have a ticket buyer who has lost their confirmation email and tickets you can resend their tickets to them by logging into your Ticketleap dashboard and selecting Orders from the Reports tab on your dashboard.
Enter the ticket buyers email or name you’d like to resend the tickets in the Search Orders field and then click on the Search option. Once you find the order you're looking for click on the order ID on the left hand side of the page.
In the order window click the Resend Tickets option to have the tickets resent to the buyer.
